Hi, my name is Wildone, I'm not the owner of the house, I rent a room and I'm looking for a flatmate!
The apartment is located in the center, just 6 minutes from Attiki metro station, 8 minutes from Victoria station and 6 minutes to Larissa Station, where the central railway is located. Each roommate gets their own personal space, a bedroom and the shared spaces are: 1 main bathroom (with a bathtub), 1 small/guest WC, 1 kitchen, and 1 large living/dining room, 1 small storing area, and 2 balconies. The total size of the apartment is 96 sqm. The owners of the house are very friendly and will keep the pricing affordable (total monthly expenses with rent and utilities are estimated around 350€).
I’m looking for someone who respects their environment, including personal space (my room is my sanctuary, as I’m sure yours will be too) and keeps shared spaces tidy after use.
I’m happy for you to host your friends, as long as they are respectful. I’m not a noisy person, but I do sometimes practice the violin or sing. Of course, I’ll always be considerate and avoid making noise when you need peace—mutual respect is key!
